Provision, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of IT Equipment (Campus LAN, Voice Communication, Server Storage) for Establishment of Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI)-II at G/11/3, Islamabad

The Infrastructure Development Authority, Punjab (Establishment of Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI-II), Islamabad) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision, installation, testing, and commissioning of IT equipment including Campus LAN, Voice Communication, and Server Storage for the establishment of Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI)-II at G/11/3, Islamabad. The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 with a total estimated cost of Rs. 50 Million. Items being procured: - Core Switch 48 Port (2 units) - Access Switch 48 Port (26 units) - Access Switch 24 Port (5 units) - Access Switch 48 Port PoE (47 units) - Access Switch 24 Port PoE (3 units) - SFP 1GE Copper (20 units) - SFP+ 10GE Copper or SFP+ 10G AOC Cable (20 units) - SFP 1G Fiber (60 units) - SFP+ 10G Fiber (96 units) - Outdoor Access Switches (18 units) - Private Branch Telephone Exchange (1 unit) - IP Phones (388 units) - Computer Server (Rack Mount) (2 units) - Computer Storage Server (Rack Mount) (2 units) - Floor Standing Server Rack (1 unit) The technical scope includes detailed design, deployment, configuration, and commissioning of the above IT infrastructure as per the IDAP Enterprise Network Design Guidelines. The solution must ensure high availability, security, scalability, and compliance with the latest industry standards. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities, provide bid security, and comply with all eligibility criteria including PEC categories, FBR registration, and experience requirements. The bidding process will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal. Technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically by the deadline. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The contract includes delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, integration with existing systems, and warranty support for one year including parts and labor. The Purchaser reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract price. The bid validity period is 120 days. The bid opening will be live broadcasted on EPADS portal. Bidders are advised to carefully review the detailed technical specifications, bill of quantities, and terms and conditions provided in the bidding documents. A pre-bid meeting will be held on September 29, 2026, at 11:00 AM at 50, B-III, Gulberg-III, Lahore. Clarifications can be sought through EPADS by October 6, 2026. The deadline for bid submission is October 9, 2026, at 3:00 PM, with bid opening at 3:30 PM the same day. One practical tip for bidders: Ensure timely registration on EPADS v2.0 and upload all required documents including the original bid security physically at the specified address before the deadline to avoid disqualification.
