Procurement of T-2063 33kV Pin Insulators Normal

The Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of T-2063 33kV Pin Insulators Normal under contract reference P105076 for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned to be executed in Quetta, Balochistan. Items being procured: - 33kV Pin Insulators Normal, total quantity 3648 units, to be delivered in two schedules: 1824 units within 60 days and 1824 units within 120 days, delivered on FCS basis to QESCO Regional Store Sheikhmanda Airport Chowk Quetta. The technical specifications require compliance with Specification P-17-67 (Amended to Date). The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Single Stage One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities including FBR and PPMC (former PEPCO) and have valid prototype approval. Past satisfactory performance with QESCO or other DISCOs/NTDC for similar items is mandatory. Bid security or bid securing declaration is required as per bidding documents. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at 10:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
