Procurement of 500 KVA Oil Type PMT for Directorate of Works & Services

Delivery includes load/unloading, complete installation, termination, testing on load at company, and certificate from TSW (Mls K-Electric). Eligibility criteria require bidders to have local presence in Karachi, at least 3 years of relevant experience, NTN and GST registration certificates, client list, and average turnover of at least PKR 5 million per year for the last three years. Bidders must submit an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper confirming no litigation, blacklisting, or corrupt practices. Bid security is 5% of bid value. The bid validity period is 90 days. Bids must be signed, named, and stamped by authorized persons. The contract includes a 6-month warranty with free parts and labor from installation date.
