Procurement of 500kV S/C Steel Tower Leg & Body Extensions (Excluding Main Leg Members) for NGC Asset Management

National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC) invites sealed bids from eligible firms for the procurement of 500kV Single Circuit Steel Tower Leg & Body Extensions (excluding main leg members) for NGC Asset Management. This procurement is conducted under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) through a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. The items involved include: - 1.5m Single Leg Extension (42 Nos.) - 3.0m Single Leg Extension (43 Nos.) - 4.5m Single Leg Extension (42 Nos.) - 6.0m Single Leg Extension (43 Nos.) - 4.5m Body Extension (43 Nos.) - 9.0m Body Extension (42 Nos.) The scope covers supply of these steel tower extensions for single circuit tower types SB, SJG, SHJ-I & SHJ-II. The delivery period is 180 days ex-works, commencing 28 days from issuance of Notification of Award or signing of Contract Agreement, whichever is earlier. Bidders must be manufacturers or suppliers legally registered for at least five years, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, and on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Blacklisted firms by NTDC, WAPDA, DISCOs, or any government/public department/donor agencies at the time of bid submission are ineligible. Bid security of PKR 2,539,000 is required in the form of Deposit at Call or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan.
