Tender Description
Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites eligible bidders for the procurement of electrical goods planned for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is focused on essential electrical components and energy meters to support PESCO’s infrastructure and service delivery in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Items being procured:
- 600V SID Cables
- 15 KV XLPE Insulated Power Cable (Un-Armoured) S/Core 240MM² (500 MCM)
- 11KV Conductors (Different types)
- AMR Energy Meters (Single Phase & 3-Phase Whole Current)
The technical scope includes supply of high-quality insulated cables and conductors suitable for medium voltage power distribution, along with advanced AMR energy meters for accurate consumption measurement. These materials are critical for maintaining and upgrading the electrical network in the region. Bidders must ensure compliance with technical specifications and standards as detailed in the bidding documents available on the EPADS v2.0 platform.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with FBR and possess relevant PEC categories for electrical goods supply. Experience in similar supply contracts and submission of earnest money in the form of Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee from scheduled banks in favor of CEO PESCO, Peshawar, is mandatory.
The bid submission deadline is **Friday, July 31, 2026, 10:00 AM**. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0; manual submissions will not be entertained. The original bid security and covering letter must be delivered in a sealed envelope to Room No. 311, MM Directorate, PESCO Headquarters, Shami Road, Peshawar before the closing time.
