Procurement of 75 AI-Enabled Business Desktop Computer Systems for Bahria University E-8 Islamabad

Bahria University Islamabad invites sealed bids for the procurement of 75 AI-Enabled Business Desktop Computer Systems or equivalent systems from established OEMs for its E-8 campus in Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under contract reference P156834. The bidding process will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a two-stage two-envelope procedure with Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2026. Items being procured: - 50 AI-Enabled Business Desktop Computer Systems - 25 AI-Enabled Business Desktop Computer Systems Each system must meet detailed technical specifications including latest generation Intel Core Ultra 7 processor or equivalent with minimum 20 cores and integrated Neural Processing Unit, 16GB DDR5 RAM expandable to 64GB, 512GB PCIe NVMe SSD storage, integrated graphics, Gigabit Ethernet, Wi-Fi 6E, multiple USB ports, TPM 2.0 security, DOS operating system, wired keyboard and mouse, 21.5-inch or larger Full HD IPS monitor with anti-glare and 3 years onsite warranty. The product must be from an established international OEM with authorized local support and warranty and at least 10 years in business. Eligible bidders must be GST registered with FBR, have at least 5 years of relevant experience, possess NTN and tax registration certificates, submit audited financial statements and income tax returns for last year, and have a head office in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. Bid security of Rs. 1,740,443 and tender fee of Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable) must be submitted via pay order in the name of Bahria University Islamabad. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Original bid security must be submitted physically at Bahria University E-8 Islamabad before the deadline. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Late or manual submissions will be disqualified.
