Procurement of 75 AI-Enabled Business Desktop Computer Systems for Bahria University Islamabad

Bahria University Islamabad invites sealed bids on E-PADs for the procurement of 75 AI-Enabled Business Desktop Computer Systems or equivalent systems from established OEMs for modernization and upgradation of computer labs at BUIC E-8 Islamabad. Items being procured: - 75 AI-Enabled Business Desktop Computer Systems or equivalent The scope includes supply and installation of advanced desktop computer systems designed to enhance AI capabilities in academic computer labs. Bidders must be GST registered firms/suppliers. Bidding documents with detailed specifications can be downloaded from E-PADS/PPRA website or obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000 by Pay Order/DD in favor of Bahria University Islamabad. The bid security of Rs. 1,740,443 in original Pay Order/DD must be submitted before the closing date. The procurement follows Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA Rules 2004. Technical bids will be opened on 03 November 2026 at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Conditional or incomplete bids will be rejected as non-responsive.
