Procurement of 7x GST Towers by Headquarters Special Communications Organization Rawalpindi

The Headquarters Special Communications Organization located at Qasim Road, Rawalpindi invites quotations from eligible vendors and contractors for the procurement of 7 GST Towers. This procurement is specifically for the 62 Composite Signal Battalion at Misrial Complex, Rawalpindi. Interested bidders are required to obtain tender documents starting from 11 September 2026. Vendors must deposit a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3000 in cash to participate. Items being procured: - 7 GST Towers The scope includes supply and delivery of the specified GST Towers to the designated site. Vendors must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and provide valid sales tax, registration, and professional tax certificates along with their application. Only contractors who are security cleared and not blacklisted will be considered. A 2% Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of the total amount will be required from the selected contractor, which can be claimed from CMA FWO Rawalpindi. Quotations should be submitted to the office on 26 September 2026 between 0900 hrs and 1100 hrs. The bids will be opened the same day at 1200 hrs in the presence of contractors' representatives. Taxes will be deducted as per applicable rules. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any application based on observations.
