Procurement of Stationery, Computer Stationery, Printing, IT Equipment, Furniture, and Plant & Machinery under Annual Framework Contract

The Skills Development & Entrepreneurship Department, Government of Punjab, invites proposals and e-bids from eligible firms for the procurement of various items under an annual framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement includes Computer Stationery, Stationery, Other Items, Cost of Others, Printing & Publishing, Purchase of IT Equipment, Purchase of Furniture, and Purchase of Plant & Machinery. Items being procured: - Computer Stationery - Stationery - Other Items - Cost of Others - Printing & Publishing - IT Equipment - Furniture - Plant & Machinery The tender will be processed and awarded in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, using a Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Tender documents are available free of cost at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and can be downloaded. Bidders must submit two separate bids (Technical and Financial), duly signed and stamped, in complete conformity with the tender documents. Submission must be done online via the Punjab e-Procurement System website https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ by 1500 hours on the last date of submission, which is 25th September 2026. The bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same date as per PPRA rules. Eligibility criteria include up-to-date Income and Sales Tax Registration Certificates and other relevant documents signed and stamped by the head of the firm or company as mentioned in the tender documents. Firms must be registered on ep.punjab.gov.pk for electronic bid submission before the bid opening date. This tender has been uploaded on the Punjab e-Procurement System and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website on 10-09-2026. The committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals prior to acceptance as per Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
