Procurement of AA Conductor ANT as per NTDC Specification P-63:2007 by Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO)

Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of AA Conductor ANT as per NTDC Specification No. P-63:2007 (Amended to date). This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and the goods are to be supplied on FCS (Free Consignee Stores) basis at Regional Stores Rohri and Larkana, Sindh. The loading and unloading of the goods shall be the responsibility of the supplier. Items being procured: - AA Conductor ANT, 100 Kilometers, as per NTDC Specification P-63:2007 (Amended to date). The technical scope includes supply of aluminium stranded conductor made from hard-drawn aluminium wire with minimum 99.5% purity, conforming to mechanical and electrical properties specified in the NTDC standard. The conductor shall be supplied on wooden reels with proper packing and marking. The delivery schedule requires 100% supply within 90 days or earlier from the date of purchase order. The supplier must provide a performance guarantee of 5% of the contract price and comply with inspection and testing requirements including visual inspection, tensile, wrapping, and resistivity tests. Eligibility criteria include prequalification/registration with SEPCO/DISCOs/NTDC/PPMC/WAPDA, valid prototype approval, FBR registration with active taxpayer status, and proven experience with at least two contracts for AA Conductor ANT supply in the last five years. Bid security of Rs. 675,000 in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft is mandatory. Bids must be submitted online on EPADS v2.0 by 15 October 2026 at 10:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM.
