Procurement of 1500 KM ACSR Conductor Rabbit as per NTDC Specification P-50:88

Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites sealed bids from pre-qualified and registered suppliers/manufacturers for the procurement of 1500 KM ACSR Conductor Rabbit as per NTDC Specification No. P-50:88 (Amended to date). The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and the goods are to be supplied on FCS (Free Consignee Stores) basis at Regional Stores Rohri and Larkana. The loading and unloading of goods shall be the responsibility of the supplier. Items being procured: - 1500 KM ACSR Conductor Rabbit as per NTDC Specification P-50:88 The delivery schedule is split into two parts: 50% of the quantity within 90 days or earlier, and the remaining 50% within 91 to 120 days or earlier from the date of purchase order. The material must strictly comply with the amended-to-date standard specifications and prototype approval from NTDC/PPMC is required where applicable. The supplier must submit complete technical details, drawings, and comply with all inspection and testing requirements. Joint inspection will be conducted at the manufacturer's premises by authorized representatives. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with SEPCO/DISCOs/NTDC/PPMC/WAPDA, prototype approval, valid FBR registration and active taxpayer status, financial capacity, and past experience of at least two contracts supplying ACSR Conductor Rabbit in the last five years. Bid security of Rs. 13,950,000 in the form of Pay Order, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal by 15 October 2026 at 10:30 AM. Hard copy of the bid security must be submitted physically at SEPCO Head Office, Sukkur before the deadline. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:15 PM. Manual bids will not be entertained. The contract includes a warranty period of 12 months from the date of supply completion. The supplier is responsible for repair or replacement of defective goods during warranty at their own cost including transportation. Liquidated damages of up to 10% of contract price apply for delayed delivery.
