Procurement of AAC ANT (7/.122) Bare Steel Reinforced Electrical Cable

The Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) in Abbottabad invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of AAC ANT (7/.122) bare steel reinforced electrical cable as per NTDC specifications (P-63:2007 amended to date). The technical scope includes compliance with NTDC/WAPDA/PPMC specifications, ensuring the cable meets all required standards for electrical performance and durability. Inspection will be conducted at the supplier's premises by the Chief Engineer (MI) PPMC Lahore jointly with CEO HAZECO Abbottabad or authorized representatives. The supplier must provide all reasonable facilities for inspection and deposit 0.5% of the material cost as a non-reimbursable inspection fee. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be active taxpayers with valid FBR registration, have prior experience supplying similar or higher rated materials to DISCOs or WAPDA formations, and not be blacklisted by any government or related entities. Bidders may participate individually or as a joint venture with up to two members. Bids must be submitted electronically via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by Friday, November 13, 2026, at 10:30 AM.
