Procurement of ACSR DOG (7/.186) Bare Steel Reinforced Electrical Cable

Inspection will be conducted jointly by Chief Engineer (MI) PPMC Lahore and CEO HAZECO Abbottabad or their authorized representatives at the supplier's premises within Pakistan. The supplier must provide a 0.5% non-reimbursable inspection fee along with the inspection call. Delivery is expected within 90 days to HAZECO Regional Store Abbottabad. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, have relevant experience with DISCOs or WAPDA formations, and must not be blacklisted. Joint ventures are allowed with up to two members. Bid security in the form of Call at Deposit or Bank Guarantee is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 10:30 AM on November 13, 2026, with bid opening at 11:00 AM the same day. Manual submissions are not accepted.
