Procurement of Agricultural Goods and Construction Materials by Agriculture Department Ghanche

The Agriculture Department Ghanche invites sealed tenders from registered firms, suppliers, and government contractors for procurement of various goods and items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for the Ghanche district in Gilgit-Baltistan. Items being procured: - Generic consumable (Stone Seed, Vegetable Seeds, Cereal Seeds, Mushroom sperm, Planting materials, Fruit plants & Root stock etc.) Lot-A - Plastic Tunnel Lot-B - Supply of Constructional materials (Stone, Sand, Cement, G.I. Sheets etc. and Misc Items) Lot-C - Garden Tools/Agricultural Machinery, Chemical Fertilizer, Chemical pesticides and FYM Lot-D The scope includes supply of agricultural consumables, construction materials, and farming tools and chemicals necessary for departmental operations and projects. Bidders must be experienced contractors or firms with relevant credentials. The bidding process follows the single stage one envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 2022. Tender forms with detailed specifications can be obtained from the department office during working hours upon payment of the form fee in the government treasury. The sealed tender must reach the office of the Deputy Director Agriculture Ghanche by 8th September 2026 at 11:00 AM. The tender opening will be held the same day at 1:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The tender is valid until 30th June 2027. The successful bidder will be responsible for delivery at their own expense throughout the financial year either at the office or designated supply locations. Partial, incomplete, ambiguous, or late bids will be rejected. The Tender Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under clause 33(1) of PPRA Rules 2022. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids ensuring all required documents and earnest money are included to avoid disqualification.
