Tender Description
The Agriculture Extension Department District Hunza is inviting quotations from relevant firms for procurement, installation, and supply of various agricultural items for the financial year 2026-27. This tender is specifically issued by the Agriculture Extension Department in Hunza, Gilgit-Baltistan, aiming to support local agricultural development and infrastructure.
Items being procured:
- Installation of Plastic Tunnels
- Supply of Agricultural Inputs and Tools Implements
- Supply of Materials/items required for OVOP based (Cheery & Apricot model village)
- Supply of Vegetable and Fodder Seeds
- Repair of Transport
- Supply of Miscellaneous items
The scope includes installation works for plastic tunnels and supply of agricultural inputs and seeds, along with repair services for transport vehicles. The project supports the OVOP (One Village One Product) initiative focusing on cherry and apricot production models. Eligible bidders must comply with GB PPRA rules and submit sealed bids by 10:30 AM on 18th August 2026. The financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened at 11:00 AM the same day. A Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of 5% of the total bid value from any scheduled bank is required as bid security. Bidders should be registered with FBR and have relevant experience in agricultural supply and installation works.
