The solution must support secure REST APIs, role-based access control, multi-factor authentication, encryption, and audit logging. The vendor shall provide a fully responsive web-based solution with native mobile applications for Android and iOS. The project delivery timeline is six months from contract signing, followed by a mandatory six-month warranty and support period. Eligibility criteria include a minimum of five years relevant experience, successful completion of at least three comparable projects, valid AI technology partnership with recognized global providers, and compliance with detailed technical and security requirements.
