Fabrication, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Garbage Compactor Superstructure on ISUZU NPR71 Truck Chassis

The Rawalpindi Cantonment Board invites electronic bids through E-PADS V2.0 from reputable, experienced and eligible firms/companies for fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a Garbage Compactor Superstructure on RCB-provided ISUZU NPR71 Truck (4x2) Chassis. The participating firms/companies must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and appear on the relevant Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Bidders must also fulfill technical experience, financial capacity, workshop/fabrication facilities, after-sales support and other qualification requirements specified in the bidding documents. Procurement will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding under Single Stage–Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with Rule 36(b) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, through E-PADS V2.0. Items being procured: - Fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Garbage Compactor Superstructure complete in all respects on ISUZU NPR71 Truck (4x2), 130 HP, 4570 cc, turbocharged diesel engine chassis provided by RCB (Qty: 01) The scope includes complete fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of the superstructure compatible with the ISUZU NPR71 chassis. The work must be completed within 45 days from issuance of the Work Order/handing over of the chassis. The successful bidder shall provide comprehensive warranty for the superstructure, equipment and installed components as prescribed in the bidding documents from the date of successful commissioning and acceptance. Eligibility requires legally registered firms with valid NTN and Sales Tax registration, demonstrated experience in fabrication/supply/installation of garbage compactors, municipal vehicles, specialized vehicle superstructures or similar equipment, and adequate technical staff, fabrication/workshop facilities and after-sales/service support. Earnest money of Rs. 160,000/- is required as Bid Security in the form of CDR or Pay Order in favor of the Cantonment Executive Officer, Rawalpindi Cantonment Board. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS V2.0 portal by or before the closing date of 27th October 2026 at 01:00 PM. Technical proposals will be opened first at 01:30 PM on the same day. Only technically responsive bidders will have their financial proposals opened subsequently.
