Tender Description
The Aircraft Manufacturing Factory at Pakistan Aeronautical Complex Kamra, Punjab, is procuring Aluminium Alloy Sheets specifically Cross Beam AL-7050 for its manufacturing and repair operations. This procurement is critical for maintaining the structural integrity of aircraft components and involves the supply of two units of Aluminium Alloy 7050-T7451 sheets with precise dimensions and specifications as per AMS-4050J standards.
The technical scope requires factory new materials delivered in standard OEM packing with full traceability to the original equipment manufacturer. Suppliers must provide quality certificates and OEM certificates of conformance at delivery. The procurement process follows a single stage two envelope basis requiring separate technical and commercial bids. Earnest money of Rs 50,000 must accompany the technical bid. The delivery period is within 90 days of contract signing, emphasizing timely supply.
Eligible bidders must have valid NTN and STRN, be active on the FBR Active Taxpayer List, and demonstrate financial and technical capability. Registration with the PAC Board Kamra is preferred or a certificate of application must be provided. Firms must not be blacklisted or involved in legal proceedings that affect their eligibility. Submission must be made to the Directorate of Logistics 751-A at AMF Kamra by 1130 hours on 4th May 2026. Technical bids will be opened at 1200 hours the same day.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all required forms PACB-02A and PACB-02B are duly filled and signed, and that the bid security is properly marked with tender number and firm name on the reverse side. Late submissions or incomplete documentation will lead to disqualification. Attention to detail in the technical offer, including conformity certificates and OEM traceability, will enhance the chances of success in this competitive tender.
