Tender Description
Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites eligible and qualified firms/bidders to participate in an International Competitive Bidding (ICB) process for the procurement of AMI Smart Energy Meters. These meters conform to the applicable NTDC / PPMC's Standard Specifications (amended to date) and LESCO's own resources.
Items being procured:
- Single Phase AMI Smart Energy Meters (Qty: 297,000, Lots: 3)
- LT Type CT Operated AMI Smart Energy Meters (Qty: 10,500, Lots: 3)
- HT Type CT & PT Operated AMI Smart Energy Meters (Qty: 2,000, Lots: 1)
The procurement involves supply of advanced smart energy meters to enhance metering infrastructure. Bidders must comply with detailed terms and conditions, provide complete specifications, drawings, and follow the prescribed submission procedures including bid security and performance guarantees. Bidding documents are available for download from the official websites http://www.ppra.gov.pk, www.eprocure.gov.pk, and www.lesco.gov.pk.
Electronic bids must be submitted/uploaded on the E-PADS portal. Only the bid bond/guarantee shall be submitted in hard form to the Chief Engineer (Material Management), LESCO HQ, 3rd Floor, Room No. 312, 22-A Queens Road, Lahore by the deadline. Scanned copies of bid guarantees must also be uploaded electronically. Late bids will not be accepted. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 15.10.2026 at 11:30 AM at the office of the Chief Engineer (Material Management), LESCO HQ, Lahore.
