Tender Description
Heavy Industries Taxila, through its Supply Chain Management Directorate located in Taxila Cantt, invites sealed bids for the procurement of Automatic Voltage Regulators (AVRs) specifically designed for CNC Deep Hole Boring Machine and CNC 3D Boring Machines. This procurement is critical for maintaining the precision and operational stability of CNC machines used in advanced manufacturing processes.
Items being procured:
- 2 x Automatic Voltage Regulators (AVRs) for CNC machines
The AVRs must meet stringent technical specifications including rated sensing voltage of 380-480 VAC 3-phase with ±1% regulation, frequency regulation of 45-65 Hz, voltage adjustment range of ±10%, fast voltage correction with automatic stabilization, and built-in protection against over/under voltage, overload, and phase failure. The equipment should be brand new, conforming to the latest production standards, and accompanied by OEM certificates and quality assurance documentation.
Eligible bidders must be manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, or firms with valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration. They should also provide audit reports for the last three financial years, bank statements, CNIC copies of CEO/Director, and evidence of past contracts with government or semi-government organizations. A postal order of Rs 2000/- must be enclosed with the Technical Bid. Bid Security in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order is mandatory.
The bid submission deadline is 18 August 2026 at 10:30 hours, with bid opening at 11:00 hours the same day. Bids must be submitted in two separate envelopes for Technical and Financial Proposals, sealed and addressed to Lieutenant Colonel Muhammad Shuja Chaudhry, Assistant Director Procurement, SCM Directorate, Gate No 05, Heavy Industries Taxila, Taxila Cantt.
Bidders are advised to carefully follow the detailed instructions and mandatory conditions outlined in the tender documents, including compliance with the Official Secret Act 1923 and submission of a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
