Procurement of Back Office SDWAN Routers

The Bank of Punjab invites technical and financial bids from well reputed organizations and companies for the procurement of Back Office SDWAN Routers. This procurement is managed through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) where bid documents are immediately available free of cost. Bids must be uploaded and submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System by 12-Nov-2026 at 11:00 am. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend the bid opening process. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later on a date/time to be announced subsequently. The bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be paid or submitted through 1Link / Bank Guarantee options digitally via generated PSID on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Prices quoted must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges. Valid NTN and GST Registration Certificates are mandatory with the bids. This tender notice is also uploaded on the PPRA and BOP websites. The Bank will not be responsible for any cost incurred in the submission of bids or documents.
