Procurement of Base Material and Other Items

Rawalpindi Waste Management Company invites sealed bids from well reputed firms, companies, and authorized distributors/dealers registered with the Income Tax Department for the procurement of base material and other items. The national competitive bidding process will be conducted online through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under rule 38(2-a) of PPR-14. Items being procured: - Base Material & Other Items Bidding documents will be made available immediately after publication on PPRA Punjab and EPADS websites. Prospective bidders may view and download the bidding documents from the PPRA Punjab website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and EPADS website (ep.punjab.gov.pk) free of cost. Bids must be duly completed, signed, stamped, and submitted in complete conformity with the bidding documents. Submission shall be made online through the EPADS website. The technical bid will be opened on 26/09/2026 at 11:30 hours in the presence of prospective bidders or their representatives who choose to be present. Bids submission on EPADS portal is the sole responsibility of the bidder. Interested bidders should ensure they meet all eligibility criteria including registration with FBR and relevant tax authorities. Earnest money and other bid security requirements will be as per bidding documents. The tender closing date and time is 26th September 2026 at 11:00 hours. Bidders are advised to prepare their bids well in advance to avoid last-minute technical issues on the EPADS portal.
