Tender Description
The Comsats University Islamabad (Abbottabad Campus) invites bids for the procurement of Batteries (12 Volt, 40 amp) for 10KVA Online UPS. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to apply part of the proceeds of the Fund to cover eligible payments under the contract referenced as Tender No EFS=42118 / P72490.
Items being procured:
- Batteries (12 Volt, 40 amp) for 10KVA Online UPS (Quantity: 16)
The procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and related regulations. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as described in the bidding documents, in the form of Pay Order, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft. Bidders must also submit a bid securing declaration as specified.
E-bidding documents, including detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements, are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/72490. Interested bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, August 31, 2026, 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Vendors not registered on the new EPADS v2.0 may register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Eligibility criteria include compliance with PEC categories, FBR/ATL registration, and earnest money requirements as per bidding documents. The submission deadline is strict; late bids will be rejected.
