Procurement of Battery Operated Vehicles (BOV) for CMT & SD Golra Road Rawalpindi

CMT & SD Golra Road Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders for the procurement of Battery Operated Vehicles (BOV) to meet anticipated demands during the Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement is aimed at acquiring ground support equipment, tools, and machines to support dependent users effectively. Items being procured: - Battery Operated Vehicles (BOV) The tender follows a single stage two envelope process as per PPRA Rules 2004 and related regulations. Bidders eligible to participate include manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, and contractors registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Excise & Taxation Departments, and listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Registration with Directorate General Defence Procurement (DGDP) or any Ordnance Depots of Pakistan Army, CAF, and Securities Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) for supply of stores is mandatory. Tender documents can be inspected at the Local Purchase Office of CMT & SD Golra during working hours from 0800 to 1600. Sealed tenders must be submitted in the tender box at the Main Gate of CMT & SD Golra on or before 16 November 2026 till 1030 hours. Opening of tenders will be held on the same day at 1100 hours in the presence of bidders' representatives. A Bid Security of Rs. 250000 in the form of CDR is required with the tender. Submission of Technical Proposal, Financial Proposal, Bid Security, and Bidder's Eligibility/Profile documents in the prescribed manner is mandatory. The purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without explanation. All purchases will be subject to inspection to ensure quality, quantity, and standards as per Army Specifications/General Staff Requirement (GSR).
