Tender Description
The Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), Multan Transmission Distribution Office, invites sealed bids for the procurement of Beveling Machines under tender number MNT/TE/042/2026. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to acquire three (3) units of portable pipe cutting and beveling machines suitable for pipe diameters ranging from 4" to 36" with a wall thickness up to 2". The machines must have features including driver chains for pipes up to 36" diameter, edge beveling up to 45 degrees, and precise vertical and horizontal cutter adjustments via rack and pinion mechanisms. Additional accessories required include tips for acetylene and oxygen, driver chain interlocking, and hoses for acetylene and oxygen with specified pressure and temperature ranges.

The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Single Stage One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). Bidders must be registered on EPADS and submit bids electronically by 2nd September 2026 at 3:00 PM, with bid opening at 3:30 PM the same day. Original bid security must be submitted physically to the SNGPL Stores Department, Piran Ghaib Road, Multan before the deadline. The delivery and installation of the machines are required within 30 days at SNGPL Stores, Multan. Bidders must provide technical literature, authorization letters, and certificates as per bidding documents. The contract will be governed by the laws of Pakistan and includes provisions for performance guarantees, liquidated damages, and dispute resolution through arbitration in Islamabad.
