Procurement of Bulk Medicines, Vaccines, X-Ray Films, Surgical Disposables, Sutures, Dental Material, Dressing Material, Dialysis Material, Lab Chemicals, and PPEs for Health Institutions/Hospitals of AJK Health Department

The Azad Government of the State of Jammu & Kashmir Health Department in Muzaffarabad invites sealed bids for the procurement of essential medical supplies for health institutions and hospitals. Items being procured: - Bulk Medicines - Vaccines - X-Ray Films - Surgical Disposables - Sutures - Dental Materials - Dressing Materials - Dialysis Materials - Lab Chemicals/Kits - PPEs The procurement process will be conducted through a Single Stage - Two Envelope bidding procedure. Bidders must submit separate envelopes marked as 'TECHNICAL PROPOSAL' and 'FINANCIAL PROPOSAL'. Financial proposals of technically non-responsive bidders will be returned unopened. The bid security of Rs 5,000,000 (Five million rupees) must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank in favor of the Director General Health AJK Muzaffarabad. The bid validity period is until 30 June 2027. The bidding documents including detailed specifications, quantity, terms, and conditions can be obtained from the office of the Director General Health AJK Muzaffarabad upon submission of a written application and payment of Rs 5,000 (non-refundable). Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes by 13 October 2026 and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. All taxes and duties levied by GoAJ&K will be charged. Bidders must attach a complete list of quoted items, index with page numbers, and an affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted or involved in any conflict with government regulations.
