Procurement of Medicines, Surgical Items, Disposables, and Other Consumables for Sehat Sahulat Program Patients at Muhammad Ayaz Shaheed Memorial Hospital Mardan

The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Department invites sealed/electronic bids through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) from eligible, reputable, and duly registered firms/suppliers for the procurement of Medicines, Surgical Items, Disposables, and Other Consumables for Sehat Sahulat Program (SSP) patients at Muhammad Ayaz Shaheed Memorial Hospital (Category-C/THQ Hospital), Takht Bhai, District Mardan for the financial year 2026-2027. Items being procured: - Medicines - Surgical Items - Disposables - Other Consumables for Sehat Sahulat Program (SSP) Patients The procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage Single Envelope Bidding Procedure as per the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules, 2014. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). They must also possess valid NTN/STRN/GST registration, a valid Drug Sale License/Drug Manufacturing License as applicable, and be registered/enrolled on the e-PADS/KPPRA system where applicable. Registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) is required if applicable. Bidders must meet all other eligibility and qualification requirements specified in the Standard Bidding Documents/Bid Solicitation Documents. Mandatory bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of Rs. 500,000 in favor of the Medical Superintendent, Muhammad Ayaz Shaheed Memorial Hospital, Takht Bhai, must be submitted with each bid. Pay Orders and cheques will not be accepted. Bidding documents are available through the e-PADS portal and can be downloaded from the office of the undersigned as specified. The last date for bid submission is 13-10-2026 at 10:00 am, with bid opening at 11:00 am on the same day. Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-PADS system.
