Items being procured: - Laptop Core i7 CRZ (Quantity: 30 units) located at Head Office The laptops must feature Intel Core Ultra 7 255H or equivalent processors with 16 cores and 16 threads, 32 GB DDR5 memory upgradable to 64 GB, 14-inch FHD display, Intel Arc 140T Graphics or higher, 512GB PCIe SSD storage, integrated 1080p webcam, and a 45 Whr long-life lithium-ion battery certified by CE and UL. Each unit should include a standard carrying case with luggage strap, handle, and shoulder strap. Warranty coverage is one year OEM standard including parts, labor, and onsite service. Bidders must be authorized business partners or distributors of the laptop manufacturer in Pakistan and provide valid OEM certification for the current year. Experience in supplying enterprise laptops to the corporate sector is required. The quoted price must include all taxes, transportation, installation, testing, and commissioning. Technical brochures and manufacturer website references for the quoted models must be submitted. Demonstrations of the quoted product at PSO premises are mandatory within the stipulated time.
