Procurement of Laptops for the Office of TransPeshawar

TransPeshawar (The Urban Mobility Company) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders registered with FBR for income and sales tax (NTN and STRN) and reflected on the Active Tax Payer List (ATL) of FBR for the procurement of laptops for the office of TransPeshawar located in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This procurement is aimed at supporting the project implementation, management, and maintenance of urban rapid transit projects assigned by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Urban Mobility Authority. Items being procured: - Laptops for office use The detailed schedule of supply and technical specifications are provided in the Bid Solicitation Document available on the TransPeshawar website and EPADS portal. Procurement will be conducted under the Act and Rules of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) using the Single Stage: One Envelope bidding procedure. Bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the ATL. Bid security of requisite shape, form, and amount must be submitted as per the Bid Solicitation Document. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS by November 23, 2026 at 02:30 PM (PST). Hard bid submissions are not allowed. Bids will be opened on the same day at 03:00 PM (PST) in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. The advertisement and bidding documents are available on the websites of TransPeshawar (http://transpeshawar.pk), KPPRA (http://kppra.gov.pk), and EPADS. TransPeshawar reserves the right to cancel any or all bids by assigning cogent reasons.
