Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of IT Equipment at Newly Constructed Academic Blocks and Hostels

Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan invites sealed bids for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of IT equipment at newly constructed academic blocks and hostels under the PSDP project titled Strengthening of Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan. This procurement is specifically for Original Manufacturers, Sole Agents, or Authorized Distributors who are registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and included in the Active Taxpayers List (ATL), registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA), and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-3 or above for relevant engineering codes. A Bid Security/Earnest Money of 2% of the quoted bid cost is required in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank in Pakistan, payable to the Treasurer, Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan. The original CDR must be submitted as per EPADS guidelines. Tender documents are available upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000 via Demand Draft or Pay Order in favor of Treasurer AWKUM.
