Tender Description
The Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites registered prequalified firms, dealers, manufacturers, and suppliers to submit electronic bids for the procurement of cables and conductors for the financial year 2026-27. This tender is specifically for supply to GEPCO and requires no foreign exchange element with free delivery at GEPCO Ware House, Wazirabad.

- Grounding Conductor 95mm (18500 Mtrs)
- ML Conductor 400mm (1500 Mtrs)
- 1000 MCM Power Cable SAC (7000 Mtrs)
- 500 MCM Power Cable SAC (10000 Mtrs)
- Control Cable 4x2.5mm² (9000 Mtrs)
- Control Cable 8x2.5mm² (2500 Mtrs)
- Control Cable 16x2.5mm² (6500 Mtrs)
- Control Cable 3x60mm² (8500 Mtrs)
The technical scope covers supply of high-quality electrical cables and conductors suitable for power distribution and control applications. Delivery is expected within 120 days from the purchase order issuance date. Bidders must submit bid security as specified and comply with all tender conditions. The procurement will be conducted through the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and related regulations.
Eligibility criteria include registration on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0, valid FBR/ATL status, and relevant experience in supplying electrical cables. Bidders must ensure bid validity for 60 days and bid guarantee validity for 28 days beyond the bid validity date.
The bid opening is scheduled for 30th July 2026 at specified times for each lot. Submission of bids must be done electronically via EPADS before the deadline.
