Procurement of Call Center Agents (Basic Proficiency) for CM Complaint Helpline and Citizen Contact Center

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab, invites bids for procurement of services for Call Center Agents (Basic Proficiency) under the project titled CM Complaint Helpline and Citizen Contact Center (CCC) PITB under Framework Contract (EGOV-10) in Lahore. Items being procured: - Call Center Agents (Basic Proficiency) (Quantity: 400) The procurement will be completed in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bidders must submit technical and financial bids online via the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 1100 hours on 31 August 2026. Bids will be opened at 1130 hours on the same date as per PPRA Rules 2014. Tender documents are available free of cost at www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders are advised to carefully upload their bids on the eP portal before the deadline. PITB will not be responsible for any issues related to bid submission. Incomplete, unsigned, late, or improperly submitted bids will be rejected. Bidders must also provide income/sales tax registration certificates and other required documents as per tender conditions.
