Tender Description
The Comsats University Islamabad (Vehari Campus) is procuring Cameras and related Equipment with Installation services in Vehari, Punjab. This procurement covers a comprehensive range of goods including Network Video Recorders (16 and 32 channel), Surveillance Hard Drives (4TB and 8TB), IP Cameras with full-colour imaging and night vision, PVC Boxes for outdoor camera junctions, Network and Power Cables, Gigabit and POE Switches, Fiber Optic Cables and accessories, Racks with cooling fans, Media Switches, and installation labor charges.
The technical scope includes supply and installation of advanced CCTV and networking equipment with specifications such as AI-enabled recorders supporting face detection, high-capacity hard drives optimized for 24/7 surveillance, IP67 weatherproof cameras, and fiber optic cables suitable for aerial and duct applications. Installation services cover cable laying, camera mounting, and system commissioning across the campus.
Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, possess valid NTN and GST numbers, and comply with the eligibility criteria outlined in the bidding documents. Joint ventures are not allowed. Bidders should have relevant experience in supplying and installing similar surveillance and networking systems. The procurement follows the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method.
The bid submission deadline is Monday, May 4, 2026 at 11:00 AM via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0. Manual submissions are not accepted. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. The bid security must be submitted physically before the deadline to the Comsats University Islamabad (Vehari Campus) office.
