Procurement of Canon EOS R6 Camera with Accessories and Epson Eco Tank Color Printer

The National Radio and Telecommunication Corporation (NRTC) Haripur invites sealed bids from reputable firms, distributors, and suppliers for procurement of high-quality photographic and printing equipment. Items being procured: - Camera with lens Canon EOS, R6 Mark II: 24.2 MP Full Frame, 4k60p, Dual Pixel CMOS AF II with 02x Lens - Canon DRLR Mirrorless camera including Canon EOS R Mirrorless (Body only) - Lenses: RF-28-70mm f/2.8 IS STM and RF-24-105mm f/4-7.1 IS STM - Tripod: ICON 7867 (tripod) - Flash light: Speed light EL-5 - Camera accessories bag or equivalent - Color Printer Epson Eco Tank L18050:A3+ Wifi 6-color Photo Ink Tank Printer (High-volume studio grade) or equivalent The technical scope includes supply of advanced camera equipment with specified lenses, tripod, flash light, and accessories, along with a high-volume color printer suitable for studio-grade photo printing. The tender process will be conducted through the EPADS 2.0 version platform on a Single Stage Two Envelope basis. Eligibility criteria include active supplier status with valid tax registration, submission of bid security amounting to Rs. 50,000 in the form of Pay Order/CDR favoring NRTC Haripur, and compliance with warranty and bid validity terms. The warranty is standard and the bid validity period is 90 days. Bids must be submitted to the office of the Head of Procurement at NRTC Haripur by 30 October 2026 at 1100 hours. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours. Suppliers are advised to ensure all documents and scanned copies of bid security are uploaded through the EPADS 2.0 portal.
