Procurement of Canvas Tarpaulins for SNGPL Rawalpindi

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of canvas tarpaulins to be delivered at SNGPL Camp, Dhamyal Road, Near Ranger Cadet College, Saroba Grid Station, Sehal Village, Tehsil & District Rawalpindi. The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under contract reference number P82435 (Tender No. FCS/SOA/TE/057/26). Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit their bids online by Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at 03:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Items being procured: - Canvas Tarpaulin Size 60'x40', Quantity: 7 Nos - Canvas Tarpaulin Size 30'x35', Quantity: 8 Nos - Canvas Tarpaulin Size 20'x40', Quantity: 10 Nos - Canvas Tarpaulin Size 34'x38', Quantity: 10 Nos - Canvas Tarpaulin Size 36'x40', Quantity: 9 Nos - Canvas Tarpaulin Size 40'x50', Quantity: 8 Nos - Canvas Tarpaulin Size 24'x24', Quantity: 7 Nos - Canvas Tarpaulin Size 25'x30', Quantity: 8 Nos The tarpaulins are to be made of cotton-polyester blend material with a weight of 16 oz per square yard, wax treated for a minimum 24-hour waterproofing, and equipped with rust-resistant brass grommets spaced every 24 to 36 inches along the perimeter with double-stitched lock seams for reinforcement. The brand specification is Habib Pak or equivalent. The delivery period is 15 days from the date of purchase order. Bidders must provide bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft as specified in the bidding documents. The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method. Bidders must comply with all eligibility criteria including valid FBR registration and professional tax clearance for 2026-27. Bids will be opened on EPADS v2.0 on the same day at 03:30 PM.
