Procurement of Cartridge Types A, B, C, Moulds Types A, B, C and Handles for Moulds under IESCO 7th STG Project

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) Project Management Unit (PMU) invites bids for the procurement of Cartridge Types A, B, C, Moulds Types A, B, C and handles for moulds under the 7th STG project funded by IESCO own resources. This procurement is specific to Islamabad Capital Territory and involves supply of explosive cartridges and related moulds to the IESCO Regional Store in New Wah. The technical scope includes compliance with P-114:82, IEEE Standard 837:2014, and IEC 62561-1:2017 standards, ensuring quality and safety of explosive cartridges and moulds. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, have valid ATL, and demonstrate relevant PEC categories if applicable. Experience requirements include at least two similar contracts in the last five years with a combined value of no less than 30% of Rs. 94 Million, and manufacturers must have at least five years of experience in designing and manufacturing similar equipment. The financial year for this procurement is 2025-26.
