Fatima Jinnah Medical University Lahore invites experienced firms, companies, food caterers, and event management firms registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) to submit e-bids for the procurement of catering (Lunch & Hi-Tea) and event management services for the Annual Sports Day 2026-27 at the university campus in Lahore. Items being procured: - Catering (Lunch & Hi-Tea) Services - Event Management Services The procurement will be conducted through a single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must have active status with FBR for Income Tax and Punjab Revenue Authority for Punjab Sales Tax. The estimated cost for this procurement is Rs. 1,450,000. Bidders are required to submit their bids online on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal by 29-August-2026 at 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted digitally as per the prescribed procedure in collaboration with the Bank of Punjab.
