Procurement of CCTV IP Cameras and Accessories for State Life Zonal Office Sheikhupura

State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan invites bids under PPRA rules using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure from experienced and reputed GST/Income Tax/Sales Tax registered firms, dealers, or suppliers. The procurement is for CCTV IP Cameras along with NVRs and LCDs for its State Life Zonal Office located at Al-Sharif Plaza, near Children Hospital, Sargodha Road, Sheikhupura. Items being procured: - 32 units of 4MP Entry IR Fixed-Focal Bullet Network Cameras with 1/3 CMOS sensor, 4MP resolution, 25/30 fps, H.265 codec, IR illumination up to 30m, and IP67 protection - 2 units of 32 Channel 10 2HDDs Network Video Recorders with 4.0 user interface, security baseline 2.1, H.264/H.265 support, max decoding capability 8x1080p, and up to 10 TB HDD capacity - 1 unit of 16 Channel 10 2HDDs Network Video Recorder with similar specifications - 1 unit of 8TB Surveillance storage - 2 units of 4TB Surveillance storage - 1 unit of 40 inch HD LED display - 1 unit of 32 inch HD LED display Complete installation and commissioning is the responsibility of the vendor with required materials on turnkey basis including PoE switches, Cat6 cables, PVC boxes, connectors, power cables, fiber cables, media converters, and splicing. Vendors must conduct a site survey at the State Life Insurance Lahore office for accurate measurement of camera points, NVR, and LED locations as per attached diagrams. Eligibility requires relevant experience, GST/Income Tax/Sales Tax registration, and submission through E-PADS portal. Earnest money and bid security details are as per PPRA rules. The last date for bid submission is 22nd October 2026 by 10:00 a.m., with technical bids opening at 10:30 a.m. on the same day.
