Replacement of Existing Data Center Chiller Cooling Systems in C&IT and NDW Data Centers and Allied Equipment

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), Ministry of Interior and Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed electronic bids from eligible bidders for the replacement of existing data center chiller cooling systems in the C&IT and NDW data centers along with allied equipment. This procurement is based in Islamabad and aims to upgrade the cooling infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability of critical data center operations. Items being procured: - Replacement of Existing Data Center Chiller Cooling Systems in C&IT Data Center - Replacement of Existing Data Center Chiller Cooling Systems in NDW Data Center - Allied Equipment related to Chiller Cooling Systems The technical scope includes supply and installation of chiller cooling systems compliant with the latest standards and specifications as detailed in the bidding documents. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Authorities and be on the Active Tax Payers List (ATL) with 100% compliance of the FBR. The bidding process will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope method with evaluation under LCBS in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 14th October 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Procurement Department, HQ NADRA, G-5/2 Islamabad. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of Bank Draft, CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee. Bidding documents are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/149532. Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate. The deadline for bid submission is Monday, 26th October 2026 at 11:00 AM via EPADS v2.0, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual submissions will not be entertained. NADRA reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 33 of PP Rules 2004. Bidders are advised to ensure timely registration and submission on EPADS to avoid technical issues.
