Procurement of Civil Construction Materials including Earth Clay, OPC Fresh Cement, Bricks, River Sand, and Crush 1/2" Down

The Procurement Office of Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) in Faisalabad invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers for the procurement of civil construction materials required for transmission projects scheduled for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Earth Clay (Air dry clay or modeling compounds) with delivery required at A-Leg MP-333 to 334.50 (19,500 cft), A-Leg MP-332 to 333+300 (21,500 cft), and B-Leg MP-42.50 (3,000 cft) - OPC Fresh Cement with delivery at Transmission Headquarter Faisalabad (213 bags) and B-Leg MP-42.50 (300 bags) - Bricks 1st Class (Size 3" x 4.5" x 9") with delivery at B-Leg MP-42.50 (5,000 numbers) - River Sand (Silica sand) with delivery at B-Leg MP-42.50 (700 cft) - Crush 1/2" Down (Ungraded crushed rock) with delivery at B-Leg MP-42.50 (1,050 cft) The materials must conform to the technical specifications and delivery schedules as detailed in the bidding documents. Delivery is required within 15 days at the specified locations. Bidders must submit a bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft as specified. The original bid security must be submitted physically to the Transmission Headquarter, Sargodha Road, Faisalabad before the bid submission deadline. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0; manual submissions will not be entertained. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with FBR, NTN, GST, and Professional Tax clearance.
