Tender Description
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids for the procurement of civil material under contract FCS/NSR/TE/029/26 for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is planned to cover eligible payments for civil material as specified in the bidding documents.
Items being procured:
- Civil Material as per contract FCS/NSR/TE/029/26
The procurement will be conducted using the Single Stage-One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations. Bidders must submit a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, or Demand Draft as specified in the bidding documents.
All bidding documents, terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/102259. Interested bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
The deadline for bid submission is Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 03:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 03:30 PM via EPADS v2.0. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration, FBR/ATL registration, and compliance with bid security requirements. Bidders should carefully review the bidding documents for detailed technical and financial requirements.
