Tender Description
The Headquarters Military Lands & Cantonments invites bids for the procurement of civil works related to the Mega - Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and successful completion of Hybrid Solar PV Systems at Malir Cantonment Board. Items being procured:

This procurement is planned for the fiscal year 2026-27 and aims to enhance renewable energy infrastructure at Malir Cantonment Board. The scope includes all civil works necessary for the installation and commissioning of the hybrid solar photovoltaic systems, ensuring quality and compliance with regulatory guidelines. Bidders must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 platform and submit bids electronically by the deadline. The bidding process follows a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique as per Public Procurement Rules 2004.
