Procurement of Civil Works for Lots No. 17 to 31 by IESCO Civil Division Islamabad

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) Civil Division invites sealed bids for the procurement of civil works under lots numbered 17 to 31 for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned with reserved funds and will be conducted through the National Single Stage-One Envelope bidding procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Revamping of office SDO Tarnol & SDO Seham at 132 KV Grid Station KTM Rawalpindi - Revamping office of Sari Alamgir at IESCO Complex Rajjar - Revamping office of Rajjar at IESCO Complex Rajjar - Revamping of office of SDO City Construction Sub Division No.II and SDO ELR Sub Division Rawalpindi at IESCO Marrir Hassan Rawalpindi - Special repair/maintenance of office building Operation Sub Division Pindi Point Murree - Special repair/maintenance of Banglow No B-1 at 132 KV Grid Station Rajjar - Reconstruction of tilted boundary wall and fallen at 132 KV Grid Station Rajjar - Special repair/maintenance of grid station building at 132 Grid Station Bhagwal - Renovation of wash room and other minor work at office of XEN Cantt Rawalpindi - Special repair/maintenance of bungalow No. B-2 at 132 KV Grid Station Rajjar - Special repair/maintenance of bungalow No. B-3 at 132 KV Grid Station Rajjar - Special repair/maintenance of quarter No. D-6 at IESCO Colony Rajjar - Reconstruction of fallen boundary wall and construction of fiber shed at SDO Officer Rajjar - Special repair/maintenance of bungalow No. E-3 at 132 KV Grid Station Kamalabad Rawalpindi - Special repair/maintenance office of Dy Manager Store at 132 KV Grid Station Rajjar The scope includes dismantling, brick work, cement plaster, concrete works, flooring, painting, electrical wiring, plumbing, and other related civil repair and maintenance works at various offices, bungalows, grid stations, and quarters under IESCO jurisdiction in Islamabad Capital Territory and Rawalpindi. Detailed specifications and quantities are provided in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC for FY 2026-27 with required specialized codes, have valid FBR registration, and demonstrate financial capability with a minimum bank statement balance of 50% of the estimated cost. Experience of similar works and submission of bid security in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 portal by 27 August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid security original must be submitted physically at the IESCO Civil Division office, Street 63 G-8/1, Islamabad. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS. Manual bids will not be accepted. A pre-bid clarification period is available until 15 August 2026 through EPADS. Bidders are advised to visit the site and examine all conditions before bidding. The contract performance guarantee is 10% of the contract price. Payment will be made in Pakistani Rupees as per actual invoices and running bills. For successful bidding, ensure timely registration on EPADS v2.0 and submission of all required documents including bid security and technical proposals. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected.
