Tender Description

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) through its Project Management Unit (PMU) invites bids for the procurement of civil works under contract NCB-251 for the shifting of 132kV transmission lines due to the extension of Margalla Avenue from N-5 to M-1 in Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - Shifting of 132kV Transmission Lines Sangjani to HMC CKT-I - Sangjani to Burhan CKT-II - Sangjani-Burhan CKT-III - Sangjani-Margalla CKT-IV - Sangjani-Fateh Jang CKT-V This project involves complex civil works to relocate high voltage transmission lines to accommodate the road extension. The scope includes site preparation, structural adjustments, and ensuring compliance with safety and technical standards. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). A valid PEC license for relevant civil works is required. Earnest money in the form of Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft must accompany bids as per bidding documents. Bidding documents are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/103102. Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Submission and opening of bids will be conducted electronically on Monday, September 21, 2026, at 11:25 AM and 11:55 AM respectively. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Interested vendors who have not registered on EPADS v2.0 may do so at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/.
