Procurement of Civil Works of Priority Villages Pilot Phase-I (Part-b)

Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company (PRMSC) invites sealed bids for the Procurement of Civil Works of Priority Villages Pilot Phase-I (Part-b) under the Punjab Rural Sustainable Water Supply & Sanitation Project in Lahore, Punjab. This procurement is financed by a loan from the World Bank (IBRD-92670). Items being procured: - Civil Works for PRSWSSP, Cluster South-III, Tehsil Khairpur Tamewali & Kahror Pacca (Phase-I) Part-b at Tehsil Karor Pacca: Hamble Wala; Tehsil Khairpur Tamia Wali: Tibbi Ghaffar Bakhsh and Jhoke Lal - Civil Works for PRSWSSP, Cluster North, Tehsil Kot Momin (Phase-I) Part-b at Tehsil Kot Momin: Wan Miana and Wan Miana & Rahimpur - Civil Works for PRSWSSP, Cluster South-II, Tehsils Alipur and Shujjabad (Phase-I) Part-b at Tehsils Alipur: Nawandera; Tehsils Shujjabad: Khoja Dera, Matotli and Sikandarabad Gharbi - Civil Works for PRSWSSP, Cluster Centre, Tehsil Pakpattan, Darya Khan, Bhowana (Phase-I) at Tehsil Pakpattan: Asadullah Pur and Nizam Adlike; Tehsil Darya Khan: Chak No 46/ML and Chak No 47/ML; Tehsil Bhowana: Chak 156 and Chak 203 The scope includes civil construction works in multiple clusters and tehsils involving water supply and sanitation infrastructure. Bidders must comply with the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers dated July 2016 (Revised) and submit bids with the required Bid Security in the form of an unconditional Bank Guarantee or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company. Interested bidders can obtain the bidding documents free of cost from the PRMSC Head Office Lahore or download from www.prmsc.punjab.gov.pk/tenders. A pre-bid meeting will be held on October 19, 2026 at 15:00 hours at PRMSC Lahore with an option to attend online via Zoom. Bids must be delivered by November 05, 2026 at 12:00 hours. Electronic bidding is not permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened on the same day at 12:30 hours in the presence of bidders' representatives. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure timely submission. Earnest Money as specified is mandatory.
