Procurement of Cloth, Gadgets, Raw Material, Holy Quran & Cosmetics for PBM Trainees in South Punjab

Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal (PBM), Regional Office South Punjab Multan, invites electronic bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, contractors, and service providers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. Khan, Khanewal, Layyah, Lodhran, Multan, Muzaffargarh, Pakpattan, Rajanpur, R.Y. Khan, and Vehari. Items being procured: - Lot No. 1: Cloth (CDR Rs. 172,502) - Lot No. 2: Stitching & Embroidery Items (CDR Rs. 25,467) - Lot No. 3: Stationery Items & The Holy Quran (CDR Rs. 192,977) - Lot No. 4: Cosmetics / Beautician Items (CDR Rs. 73,104) The procurement covers seasonal outfits and miscellaneous items for trainees across the specified districts. Bidders must submit bids electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (www.epads.gov.pk) by the deadline. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of CDR or Pay Order is required for each lot, refundable and interest-free, payable to the Director PBM Regional Office South Punjab Multan. Technical bids will be opened on the closing date at 11:00 A.M. in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the PBM Regional Office in Multan. Financial bids opening dates will be communicated later to technically qualified bidders. If the opening date falls on a public holiday or non-working day, the next official working day will be considered the submission and opening date.
