Supply of Miscellaneous Stores Including Electrical Spares and Rubber Resin

Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF) Wah Cantt invites bids from original Manufacturers, Authorized Dealers, and Suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for the supply of miscellaneous stores as detailed below. This procurement is specifically for the city of Wah Cantt under the Pakistan Ordnance Factories authority. Items being procured: - Electrical Spares (9 items) under T.E No. 0001/LP/GDL/57 dated 21-09-2026 - Rubber Resin (Quantity: 370 Liters) under T.E No. 0004/LP/GDL/57 dated 21-09-2026 The bidding documents containing item-wise details, specifications, and all other terms and conditions are available at the office of the undersigned or can be downloaded free of cost from the POF website (www.pof.aov.pk). The scope includes supply of the specified materials meeting the required standards and delivery at the designated location. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and comply with all regulatory requirements. Earnest Money or Bid Security details are provided in the bidding documents. Bidders should ensure timely submission of complete bids including technical and financial proposals. The bids must reach the Incharge Bid Centre adjacent to Rabita Hall, POF Wah Cantt on or before the closing date and time of 02 November 2026 at 10:30 hrs. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 hrs in Room No.3, adjacent to Rabita Hall, POF Wah Cantt.
