Procurement of Combination Therapy (5 in 1)

Heavy Industries Taxila, Supply Chain Management Directorate, invites sealed bids for the procurement of Combination Therapy (5 in 1) medical equipment for HIT Hospital, Taxila Cantt, Punjab. The supplier must provide OEM certificates, quality certifications, and ensure the equipment bears manufacturer's identification marking. Inspection and testing will be conducted as per contract terms, including pre-shipment and post-shipment inspections. Warranty and performance guarantees are mandatory. Eligibility criteria require firms to possess NTN certificates, be neither blacklisted nor defaulters, and comply with DPP&I-35 regulations. Firms must submit registration documents, audit reports for last 3 financial years, bank statements, CNIC copies, and other relevant certifications.
