Procurement of ETT Machine

Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (PAC), Kamra invites bids for the procurement of an ETT Machine. The tender documents can be obtained from the Directorate of Central Procurement, PAC Kamra either by hand or via email after fulfilling the required formalities. Items being procured: - ETT Machine Bidders must submit a formal request on their firm's letterhead duly signed by an authorized signatory. A Non-Disclosure Agreement on Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 100/- must be signed and stamped on each page including the last page declaration. Copies of the firm's NTN, ATL, and STRN are mandatory. Tender documents must be submitted in hard copy, although soft copies may be requested via email for initial review. Submission of hard copies duly signed by authorized signatories is compulsory. Firms are cautioned not to forward tender documents to other firms and to maintain confidentiality. Only firms issued tender documents by this directorate are eligible to participate. Quotations from unauthorized firms will not be entertained and disciplinary action will be taken. The deadline for submission is before 1030 Hrs on 12 November 2026. Past performance of firms will be considered during evaluation. Bidders are advised to ensure timely submission and compliance with all documentation requirements to avoid disqualification.
