Procurement of Electro Medical Equipment and Instruments for Operation Theater and Nursery Units in THQ Hospitals

The Azad Govt. of the State of Jammu & Kashmir, through the Director General Health Office Muzaffarabad, invites sealed bids for the procurement of electro medical equipment and instruments for operation theater and nursery units in THQ Hospitals during the financial year 2026-27. This procurement covers three development schemes in Muzaffarabad, Mirpur, and Poonch Division AJK. Bids will be received up to 19-11-2026 at 10:30 a.m. at the office chamber of the Secretary Health, GoAJK Block No. 10, New Secretariat, Chattar, Muzaffarabad, and will be opened the same day at 11:00 a.m. in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Authorization letters are mandatory for participants. Items being procured: - Anesthesia Equipment - Cardiac Monitoring Equipment - Operation Theatre Equipment - Instrument/Hospital Furniture - Radiology Equipment - Ultra Sound Equipment - CSSD Equipment - Miscellaneous Equipment - General Medical Equipment - Laboratory Equipment - Electric Power Generator The procurement requires submission of technical and financial proposals separately under the Single Stage Two Envelopes bidding procedure as per AJK Public Procurement Rules. Bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) must accompany the financial bid as per lot details. The bidding documents including detailed specifications, quantity, terms, conditions, and evaluation criteria can be obtained up to 18-11-2026 before 04:00 p.m. upon submission of a written application on letter pad with complete address and phone number, duly signed and stamped by an authorized person, along with payment of Rs. 5,000/- (non-refundable) as bidding document fee in cash or bank draft from the Director Health Services office. All bidders must furnish an affidavit certifying they are not blacklisted or in conflict with government rules in AJK or Pakistan. Registration with AJK Income Tax Department/FBR is mandatory; otherwise, bidders will be considered non-filers. Taxes and duties levied by GoAJK will be charged under admissible rules.
